• Deposits are generally instant. In the event of network issues, processing may take up to 30 minutes.
• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in the member's own name.

For Withdrawals:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Average Processing Time: 10–30 minutes
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress.
• SpinWin reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and conduct an investigation in cases of suspicious activity.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — however, the Cash Out feature may be used if available.
• SpinWin reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If the odds change before the outcome of an event is confirmed, the odds at the time your bet was placed will stand.
• Exploiting any advantage arising from network delays during live betting is not permitted.

For cancelled or incomplete events:

• If a match is cancelled before it begins, the bet will be voided and the stake will be refunded.
• At least 90% completed the result will be considered valid.
• In cricket, if a match is abandoned due to rain or any other reason and the result is determined by the DLS method, all bets remain valid.

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Winnings derived from bonus credits are subject to specific wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on SpinWin and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Collusion — two or more members cooperating to gain an unfair advantage.

SpinWin reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If KYC verification has not been completed, or if false information is found to have been provided.
• During an investigation into suspected violation of these Terms.
• At a member's request, as part of a self-exclusion or responsible gaming initiative.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, provided no breach has been established.
